MY EXPERIENCE
Roles & Responsibilities
March 2013 - Present
VICE PRESIDENT, NPI OPERATIONS, GRADIANT
Was one of the founding members of Gradiant Corporation. I've lead the research and new product development for Gradiant Corporation and its subsidiaries since the company's inception. Led the expansion of the headquarters into Pacific Asia region. Helped grow the company into 200+ employees, 5+ subsidiaries world wide, and over $100M evaluation. Group has developed Carrier Gas Extraction, Counterflow Reverse Osmosis, Selective Chemical Extraction, Carrier Gas Concentrator, Free Radical Disinfection, with over 200+ patent applications worldwide.
August 2008 - June 2012
PROGRAM COORDINATOR, DISCOVER MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
I ran the summer freshman pre-orientation program that would introduce incoming MIT students to mechanical engineering. 32 students would come together to design soccer robots and compete in a tournament at the Boston Museum of Science.

May 2010 - September 2010
MECHANICAL DESIGNER, ELECTRIC VEHICLE TEAM
The goal was to do the conversion of a Mercury Milan hybrid to a full electric vehicle. This vehicle would be used to test the feasibility of rapidly recharging vehicles in under 11 minutes in order to travel 200 miles. The vehicle used a 250 hp, 3-phase AC induction motor donated by SatCon, and 8,000 lithium iron phosphate cells from A123Systems.
January 2010 - May 2010
RESEARCH, MECHATRONICS LAB
Working towards building an atomic force microscope (AFM) that is capable of imaging semiconductor wafers and photomasks at high speed and with high resolution. Our high speed AFM is able to scan a full range of 50 microns by 50 microns at a speed of 1000 lines (i.e. take 1 image a second) with a resolution of 0.1 nm. We are expecting this scanner to be able to scan at 1000kHz (i.e. 1000 times faster than conventional AFM).

September 2004 - June 2008
PRESIDENT, STUYPULSE
I spent four years passionately competing in the FIRST Robotics Competition and continued to be involved in the FIRST community as FIRST Lego League regional coordinator and FIRST NYC planning committee. I was President of the team and led the engineering to build and compete a 120 pound robot that needed to be built in 6 weeks. Ran a team of over +100 members.
