BIO
I was born in 1990. I grew up in Mill Basin in Brooklyn, NY. Mill Basin is that corner in Brooklyn where the trains stop running. Spent most of my childhood playing street ball, but never got better. In high school I joined the robotics team and that became my life for so many years. When I went to Massachusetts Institute of Technology I joined Phi Kappa Sigma, and have cherished the many friends I made there. Now I am trying to make a difference in the world with the engineering work I am doing at Gradiant. I want to bring desalination and clean water to everyone.
MY LIFE
I met my fiance in Boston. She was swiping right, I was swiping right... you know how the story goes. And on July 4th, 2018 I asked Vicky Zhang to by wife. Stayed tuned for the rest of the happy story

We are parents to two kids that take up all our love and affection.

THE FAMILY
My parents Ying Keung Lam and Yin Fong Loh were from China and immigrated to the US in the 70's. My parents had Edna, Lena, Daniela, and I. I'm the youngest of four.
